  2. In the body of the email, please include the user identification details you used to register with the app. This will help us accurately identify and delete your data. Please do not include sensitive personal information such as passwords.
  3. Send the email to support@zaions.com.

Upon receiving your request, our support team will initiate the data deletion process and email you to confirm its completion. Please note that the process may take up to 30 days to complete due to regulatory requirements and operational constraints.

Important Considerations:

  • Data deletion is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, you cannot recover any data or information that has been removed.
  • If you have any active subscriptions or services with us, requesting data deletion will terminate these services. Please ensure that you have settled any outstanding matters before submitting your request.
