Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital goods and services, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that exceptional situations can arise.

If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us at refund@zaions.com within 7 days of your transaction. We will evaluate your request and, if eligible, issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product or service.
  • The product or service was not delivered as described.
  • A technical error prevented you from accessing your purchase and we are unable to resolve it.

To process your refund request, please include:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

Completed service hours or consultations

Downloaded or accessed digital content that has been fully delivered

Custom development or design work already completed

Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
