Account Deletion Request

If you no longer want a Zaions Portfolio account, this page is how you request permanent deletion of your account, profile, and any data linked to it. Submitting the request starts a 30-day cleanup that cannot be reversed.

What gets deleted

  • Your Firebase Auth account (email + sign-in method).
  • Profile fields stored in Firestore (display name, avatar URL, preferences).
  • Any files you uploaded via FilesHub that are linked to your user ID.
  • Comments and queries submitted while signed in are anonymised, not deleted, to preserve thread continuity.

The request is processed within 30 days and confirmed by email. There is no recovery option after deletion completes — if you might want the account back, sign out instead. For data-only deletion (without removing the account), use data deletion.
