AI features and automation

We build AI features into products and automate the repetitive parts of a workflow, and we’ll say plainly where AI isn’t the right tool. The plan lists what each use will cost you to run, before anything is built. Your brief gets its own written estimate.

The problem

“Add AI” isn’t a feature yet.

Somewhere in your week there’s a task that eats hours: sorting the same emails, copying data between two tools, answering the same question. AI might take it. A simple rule might do it for less.

What you get

  • A written look at the task first: where AI helps, and where a simple rule does the job for less
  • A person-in-the-loop step wherever a wrong answer would cost you, like a reply sent to a customer
  • A note on where your data goes when the AI runs, in plain words
  • AI features built into your product, like sorting, summarizing or drafting replies for a person to review
  • Automations that move work between the tools you already use
  • The running cost per use listed in your estimate, since many AI services bill each call
  • The code repository, where all your source code lives, in your name

How it runs

  1. The brief.

The task, how often it happens, and what a good result looks like.

  2. Plan and price.

You’ll see the plan, the price and the running costs before we write a line of code.

  3. Milestones.

Each one ends with a link to the working feature, tried on your own examples.

  4. Handover.

The repository, the service accounts and every key move into your name.

Where AI isn’t the answer

If the task follows the same rule every time, like moving a paid invoice into a spreadsheet, a plain automation does it for less and never guesses. We’ll say so in the plan, and price the cheaper option.

What it looks like

An example, not a client project.

Example, not a client
You ask:
Sort this week’s support emails
It answers:
Grouped by topic: billing, sign-in and feature requests. Draft replies are ready to review.

Proof

The same team runs 15+ live products of its own, so the feature ships into something that stays running. Every one is linked live on our products page. No client AI feature is linked here yet; the example above shows the shape.

Questions

Yes. We build AI features and automations into products and workflows, and we say plainly where AI isn’t the right tool.

We list hosting and third-party costs in the estimate, including what each AI call costs, and we design for free tiers where your product allows.

Sometimes, yes. That’s why anything that reaches a customer goes to a person for review first, and the plan names which steps those are.

Team, from $5,000 per month, covers ongoing AI work beside development, design, video and QA. A single feature gets its own estimate from your brief. See the packages

Name the task that eats the most hours each week. We’ll tell you whether it needs AI, or just a plain automation.
