The Zaions Portfolio terms and conditions are the agreement between Zaions and anyone who uses the site, creates an account, or contributes content. The terms cover acceptable use, content ownership, liability limits, and how disputes are resolved.

  • Open-source code — the platform's source is open-source on GitHub. Forking and self-hosting is encouraged under the listed licence.
  • User content — anything you submit (comments, contact messages) you retain ownership of, but you grant Zaions a licence to display it on the site.
  • Acceptable use — no spam, abuse, scraping at scale, or attempts to break authentication or rate limits.
  • Liability — the site is provided "as is"; Zaions is not liable for downtime, data loss, or third-party services.
