ClearHire is a resume builder, a set of career tools and employment history a named company can confirm, most of it with no account. We keep it running on the web and on Android, where it sits on our Google Play developer page.
What is ClearHire?
A catalog of small career tools you use and close sits beside a resume builder that exports real PDF and DOCX files. Then comes employment history a company confirms by name, the reason the other two exist.
A confirmed record proves the company, the job title and the dates as that company records them, plus who confirmed it and when, on the same record. It isn’t a background check. It isn’t a reference either.
Who is ClearHire for?
Job seekers whose true lines get discounted along with everyone else’s invented ones. A resume is a document you wrote about yourself, so ClearHire asks the company, records the answer and shows it beside the line.
Most of the career tools need no account at all. Paste something in, read the answer, close the tab.
What did we build?
A claim that can’t lie in either direction. It moves through named states: not claimed, awaiting the company, verified, expired, declined. If nobody answers within 7 days, it expires as unconfirmed, never as rejected, and you can send it again.
A declined claim is never published. Nothing about you is public unless you publish it. The resume builder sits around the claim, with one profile and as many resumes as the search needs. So do the tools, from an ATS check to a salary calculator.
