LabFlow is a multi-tenant Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for clinical and diagnostic labs, spanning five production surfaces from one shared domain model: a React 19 web app, a Capacitor mobile build, a WXT lab-assistant extension, a Chrome EMR-integration extension, and a Firebase Functions backend. It covers the full specimen lifecycle — patient and order management, sample accessioning and tracking, results entry with a role-gated Draft→Reviewed→Approved→Released validation workflow, billing, inventory, quality control, and equipment integration — with strict tenant isolation and HIPAA-conscious data handling throughout (no PHI in logs, errors, or analytics). The mobile app works offline via Dexie/IndexedDB, the Chrome extension bridges results into hospital EMR systems, and the architecture leans on Firebase's free tier, reaching for Cloud Functions only where security rules can't enforce policy. Built on React Compiler, Rolldown-powered Vite 8, TanStack Query/Table, Zustand, and Tailwind v4, with build-time AEO tooling so AI crawlers index every route.
