Vessl is a premium, dark-first car marketplace that doubles as a complete dealer-operations SaaS. On the buyer side it delivers an editorial showroom with live inventory, a Three.js 3D car viewer, smart search and an instant financing calculator; on the dealer side it ships a full back office — leads CRM with a kanban pipeline, appointments and calendar, offers/quotes with public accept pages, inventory with audit trails, team management, and cron-driven marketing automation. It is multi-tenant from the architecture up, with edge-based tenant resolution, per-tenant theming and Firestore rule-level data isolation, making it a genuine white-label platform. Built on React 19, Vite 8, Tailwind v4, Radix, TanStack and Firebase (Firestore + Auth only) with a backbone of 13 Cloudflare Workers on the free tier, and packaged for Android via Capacitor, Vessl proves out a production-grade, near-zero-cost SaaS stack across all ten V2 operations modules.
